Dave added a few details to the excellent Tamiya Stug. IIIB to set it off even more. These included wiring to the lights and horn, an improvised rear stowage rack from spare track links, thinning and opening the areas in the rear fenders, and boxing in the smoke candle box. Stowage is from Black Dog, Value Gear, Bronco and scratch built. The model was painted with a custom mix of Tamiya paints, weathered with pastels, oil washes and filters. The figure is from the Dragon "German Warriors 1940-1941" set.
The vehicle is in the markings of the Stug. Abt. 192 as it would have appeared early in Operation Barbarossa in June of 1941.
