Jagdpanther II Work in Progress by Bernie Dietrich

Bernie's current WIP is an Amusing Hobby Jagpanther II. A “what if” kit. Although it was never built completely the hull was found in Germany in 1945. 

The kit has gone together pretty good. A couple pin marks need removed and filled on the torsion bars. There is no interior but I believe they may reproduce this kit with one... inside handles on hatches, opening rear hatches for a complete view inside, vision scopes, etc. 

The tracks are a huge problem. 4 pieces make 1 track length. They don’t snap together and must be glued. The jig that came with the kit only holds 15 track lengths. There are 88 to a side. By the time you get finished putting 88 together I fear the glue will have set and won’t be flexible enough to place over the road wheels. I guess I will find out...  It’s very monotonous.
