Brad built the Meng ZSU 23-4 Shilka self-propelled anti aircraft gun out-of-the-box in the markings of a machine used in the Chechen War. It went together with no problems but he decided not to add the interior since it would not be visible once the hull was buttoned-up. He painted the model with MIG Ammo acrylics.
