British Vehicle Camouflage, 1939-45

Mike Starmer and Mike Cooper have put together an excellent summary of World War II British AFV and softskin camouflage on the MAFVA website.  Broken down by period and theater of operation, the summary also has color mixes based on Humbrol and Revell paints. Not a Humbrol/Revell user?  Use a paint cross-reference chart like Urban Fredricksson's on the IPMS Stockholm site to match Humbrol/Revell to your paint of choice.  Both these resources are well worth a look if you aren't already familiar with them.

Note: Mike Starmer has also done the conversion to Tamiya paints. That information can be found in the "Articles" section of this blog.
